How do you determine shipping costs?

We ship using USPS.  Shipping costs vary based on weight of the product(s) being shipped and physical location of the addressee.    

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  Please understand, however, that international shipping charges tend to be quite a bit more expensive than shipping within the USA.  Unfortunately this is just something that is out of our control.  
In some cases import taxes will apply to international orders as well, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay these.  If you have any questions about these charges, please contact your local post office.

How will I know when my order ships?

We try our very best to ship all orders the day they are placed from Monday-Friday before 5 PM.  Orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled and shipped the following Monday before 5 PM.  A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout.  From there, you can see your product(s) shipping progress and get an estimated arrival date.

My item has not arrived, but USPS tracking indicates that it is still “In Transit.”  Is my item lost?

Unfortunately, shipments do sometimes get lost in the USPS shuffle.  Not to worry, though!  If this happens to you, please send us an e-mail and we will fill out a formal “Missing Mail” search request with USPS on your behalf.  Once we fill that out, we will keep you posted with any information that we receive from USPS.  We have found that this tool USPS utilizes to track missing mail is rather effective, although it does not always guarantee the delivery of your lost product(s).  If your shipment is still lost after 14 days of its original estimated arrival date, and you’ve notified us to file a missing mail search with USPS, we will ship you a new order at no additional charge.

What is your return/ exchange policy?

If your product does not fit as expected or arrives either damaged or defective, we want to make it right.  We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of delivery, as long as the item is still in its original, unused condition, with any original tags, stickers, labels etc. still attached.  If the product(s) you wish to return meet these standards, you can choose between either an exchange or store credit equal to the amount of the product(s) returned (minus any applicable shipping charges.)

If an item sells out, when will you re-stock it?

We pride ourselves in the handmade, small batch, DIY nature of our business, and we are always thinking of new ideas to release to you all.  With that said, if an item sells out quickly and has a high demand, you can count on us eventually re-stocking it; however, we do want to continue to focus on our new, upcoming projects.  While we may not have a date set in stone for re-stocking certain products, if you join our e-mail list, you will be the first to know when we do re-stock those high demand items!
